Company Restructure

By November 21, 2023No Comments

Since the start of trading, 1st May 2020 (at the beginning of lockdown), the company’s order book has grown significantly and as such, the team has naturally grown along with it.  One of the main reasons for this continued growth and the success of the business is most definitely down to the hard work (and skills) of all it’s staff.  As any organisational leader will know, creating a pleasant working environment and building a team of people who work hard and respect each other are the key requirements to run a successful business.

Since the last post, the company has employed a few new faces and looked at ways of making the company run more efficiently so that it can better serve it’s customers, both new and old.  With that in mind, we would like to introduce our newest recruits: Kasim Zaman (Project Design Engineer), Darren Barnes (Workshop Manager), Brian Walters (Fitter) and Michelle Rimmer (Administrative Assistant) as well as Tom Coates (Head of Procurement) who joined us last year.

Each of these additions bring with them certain skills and experience that make them ideal to cope with the demands of an ever growing business such as Denatec where we are working on such a diverse range of bespoke and specialist equipment: boasting experience of glovebox manufacturing, pipework installation, valve & heavy machine design, as well as possessing leadership and effective communication skills, each of these employees has something valuable to bring to the table.

Further subtle changes to the business include the relocation of our Financial Controller, Jessica Klein (recently married), who will be continuing operations across the pond and Dean Talbot who is now taking on more of an overall Production Management role.

Watch this space for further news as the company announces some exciting developments regarding the expansion of it’s global sales network.
