Precision Machining
Denatec provide a rapid precision machining service, no matter how complex, we have the skills and expertise to turn your design into the highest quality finished product.
At Denatec we have the skills, knowledge and experience of all types of machining, including turning, milling, grinding, laser/waterjet cutting and spark erosion. This allows us to provide a one-stop solution for all your machining needs and via use of our network of chosen subcontractors can ensure that parts are always delivered on time every time even during busy periods.
All work is carried out in line with ISO9001:2015 and can be provided with all relevant material certification and documentational requirements such as Visual and Dimensional Inspection Reports or NDT.
Pressure Vessel & Pipework Fabrication
Denatec specialise in the design, manufacture and fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Hyperbaric Test Chambers, Reactors, Heat Exchangers and Pipework.
At Denatec we have the skills, knowledge and experience for all types of fabrication, including the manufacture of pressure vessels, pipework and heat exchangers in a wide range of materials including most grades of carbon & stainless steel. Multi-coded welding is utilised on the majority of our pressure welded systems and our team of skilled fabricators are fully conversant in coded MIG, TIG & ARC welding.
All work is carried out in line with PED 2014/68/EU, PD5500 and ASME VIII, whilst all relevant welding certification and qualifications are assessed by our Notified Body to ensure that all pressure vessels meet the necessary quality level.
As part of our inspection processes, we carry out 3rd party notified body inspection, NDT testing and hydrostatic/gas testing.
General Fabrication
Denatec offer expertise in all types of general fabrication including small one offs, to medium sized structures and large batch manufacturing.
At Denatec we have the skills, knowledge and experience for all types of fabrication and are ideally placed to offer small to medium sized fabrication services for one-offs right through to large batch manufacturing orders. Our fabrication quality is to the UK’s highest standards at a fraction of the cost associated with larger fabrication companies.
